Boosting donor growth and loyalty at Christmas

 

The goal of this campaign was to grow income and acquire new supporters.

The result? A record-breaking 32% revenue lift, their most successful appeal to date.

Key Achievements

Highest ever appeal result: This campaign set a new benchmark as the most successful appeal for Emmanuel City Mission surpassing the previous year’s appeal revenue by 32%.

33% of donors were new: One third of support came from first-time donors at an average gift of $160, including 3 new major givers. 

65% increase in donations YoY: The total number of donations surged by 65%, reflecting heightened engagement.

65% donor retention: 65% of donors who contributed to the Christmas Appeal in 2022 gave again in 2023, showcasing strong donor loyalty.
